Job Summary The Financial Regulatory Reporting Lead is responsible for designated areas of regulatory reporting (e.g. report or technical area). This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reports. The Financial Regulatory Reporting Lead oversees team tasks, reviews the work of other team members, and provides team members guidance to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of reporting activities including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, business process controls execution and audit and regulator response support. This lead interacts with senior levels of management throughout the organization on regulatory reporting practices and policies.
Pay Range: $99,731.70 - $132,144.50 - $164,557.30

Job Responsibilities:
Ensures timely and accurate regulatory reporting utilizing the Adenza reporting tool by coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of necessary data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles .
Track and document identified data quality issues , identify and coordinate with data owners and provide input and suggestions for remediation plans to resolve identified issues .
Support response to both internal and external audit and regulatory requests, including drafting of responses and collecting of supporting documentation.
Routinely complete required business process controls when preparing periodic reporting.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including, Treasury, IT and business process owners to identify , and propose process improvements and enhancements for the regulatory reporting process.
Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the regulatory reporting .

C onsistently adhere s to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings . Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws a n d regulations.
Required Qualifications :
Education level required : Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) .
Minimum experience required : 7+ Years of previous experience in regulatory reporting or mortgage banking related roles .
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience .
Minimum 2 years working on regulatory reporting or related projects .
P re vious project management experience .
Preferred Qualifications :
Certified Public Accountant and/or Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) Regulatory Reporting experience preferred .
Job Competencies :
Excellent knowledge of financial regulatory reporting guidelines (FFIEC, FDIC, OCC and FRB).
Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting functions.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical policies and procedures.
Thorough understanding of financial services regulations and best practices in regulatory reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.
Ability to embrace and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to regulatory reporting, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and adapt to changing regulatory environments.
Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to professional growth and development .
