GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

This position is a key position within the Arkansas Federal framework in our efforts to plan for the future, manage key risks (IRR / LIQ) and filing of our regulatory call report. This position will aid in many business decisions to aid in running the company as efficiently as possible. This individual will work with business partners throughout the company to aid them in making well informed decisions as well.



Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of our interest rate risk model and profile.
• Management of our liquidity risk.
• Management of our access to credit including credit lines at a variety of borrowing sources.
• Filing of our quarterly 5300 call report.
• Development of financial models to forecast 1,3, and 5 year business results.
• Management of our cost center accounting, specifically branch and product profitability.
• Oversight of the finance department, including any employees in the department.
• Aid in pricing of all loans and deposits.
• Aid in any decisions as it relates to loan selling, or buying of loans from other parties.
• Oversees reporting and analytics meant to provide management the information needed to make financial business decisions.
• Identifies relevant datasets and prepares custom or standard reports.
• Contributes analysis in the areas of liquidity, costing, and regulatory reporting.
• Assists cross-functional units on matters involving product pricing, overhead distribution, inventory rollover, cost determination, and other financial metrics.
• Analyzes and interprets financial plans, budgets, tax returns, profit and loss statements, or other financial documents.
• Identifies financial trends and reports on the organization's financial position and performance relative to expectation.
• Researches broader economic conditions and incorporates findings into financial models.
• Prepares and reviews budget to actual.
• Works directly with auditors / examiners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 Years Related Experience
