Job Description:

The Sr Manager, Manufacturing Quality Improvement will be responsible for Continuous Improvement and Process Robustness ensuring the accuracy of the PFMEAs in the plants; conducting PFMEA and MSA Training; delivering Six Sigma training & coaching belts on their projects; and leading the Quality Schneider Production System (SPS) Cards during Plant Audits.

What will you do?
• Conduct PFMEA and MSA Training in the Plants and, support PFMEA reviews in the Plants ensuring their accuracy; Reviewing MSAs for proper application.
• Ensure actions (Preventive, Detection) are planned and implemented for high (Risk Priority Numbers) RPNs and Containment Actions are in place when Preventive and Detection actions are in process of being implemented.
• Deliver Six Sigma training; coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools; and analyze data to identify process variations and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead Quality cards and other cards as needed during SPS Audits.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a strong track record of leading successful improvement projects
• Proficient in statistical analysis and process improvement tools such as Minitab, DMAIC, DOE, and SPC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.
• 50% travel
