Job Description:

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Enterprise-IT Risk Management Global Lead to oversee internal and external risk management activities within the NAM Region and assigned Domains.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence the management of Enterprise-IT risks across global, regional, and domain footprints, engage with global executive leaders, and drive standard reporting practices for communication and reporting of findings and progress.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team within the Global/NAM Region and assigned Domain space to develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating internal and external risks.

  • Build partnerships across Ent-IT, Domains, and BU's by launching risk review campaigns to understand strategic risks in the Ent-IT space within NAM Region and assigned Domains.

  • Define, identify, and assess risks to the Ent-IT organization, infrastructure, NAM Region, and assigned Domains, and work with business and domain partners to analyze risks likelihood, criticality, and impact.

  • Create Key Internal Controls (KICs) of risk within the focused space of NAM region and assigned domains and deploy, implement, and maintain KIC's.

  • Measure, monitor, and report across the focused NAM region and assigned domains to assure proper visibility to risks are maintained, understood, and properly mitigated. Provide thought leadership associated with evolving areas impacting NAM region and assigned domains.

  • Share experience in communities, enhance security team accomplishments and competence, and provide overall leadership of Global/NAM Team in planning delivery of solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Cyber Security.

  • 10+ years of work-related experience in risk management/cybersecurity.

  • Experience in working with international organizations and collaborating with global teams strongly recommended.

  • Multilingual with English required.
