Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. Data Analyst to join their Identity and Customer Data team. This team is at the forefront of developing next-generation tools to optimize advertising campaigns and connect with customers in a privacy-safe environment. As a Jr. Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in building our Customer Data Platform and launching new data clean room capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical leadership to optimize products and experiences for advertising partners
- Develop cutting-edge audience creation and campaign optimization tools
- Deliver against core customer value propositions and strategic and financial goals
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset and resilience in the face of adversity
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data science, product management, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL or other related query languages
- Basic understanding of media performance key performance indicators
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 4 years of experience working with product management or development teams to support measurement and optimization efforts
- 2 years of experience with digital advertising, publishing, or media companies
- Familiarity with the business and technical aspects of digital advertising and e-commerce
- Ability to perform competitive analysis and evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and company strategies
This position offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility for on-site schedules. Candidates must reside in a hub city, with preference given to those in Seattle, followed by Richfield and Atlanta. The selection process will include 1-2 interviews via MS Teams. Upon offer, candidates must complete a background check. Please note that pair programming is not a requirement for this role.
