DESCRIPTION:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Monitor access control and visitor registration
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate team members
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair requests, including oversight of the cleaning company
  • Oversee the kitchen area and ensure it is properly stocked and maintained
  • Close the office at night, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed, and the premises are secure
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Ensure the front desk is maintained in a tidy and professional manner
  • Ensure the safety and security of the office premises
  • Coordinate and schedules Associate travel and accommodations
  • Support additional office-related duties as needed
  • Serve as a Pennsylvania Notary Public or be willing and able to become one
  • Other duties as required or assigned by company management

MUST INCLUDE SALARY REQUIREMENTS - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION



POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role (1-2 years)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
