The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. They will primarily focus on maintaining and extending the use of Oracle Fusion by executing requirements, design, configuration, testing and support tasks on a multinational operations level.
What You Will Do:
Work on a cross-functional team to define functional requirements to support international expansion goals
Support HR, Performance Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation requirements, configuration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Configuration and support for Benefits Open Enrollment, and Compensation Workbench
Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) a plus
Assist HRIS manager for reoccurring system upgrades to Oracle Fusion
Research and document solutions in Oracle to meet country specific requirements
Assist with future system upgrades and patches, testing and other system changes in conjunction with IT
Design, document and configure delivered Oracle Fusion functionality
Maintains system files and tables and develops custom reports as needed
Ensuring data integrity by assisting with adequate processes, audits and interfaces
Support continuous improvement initiatives for the purpose of improving operational efficiencies, business flexibility and responsiveness
Serves as a key support liaison with third parties and other stakeholders.
May provide project management for a given HR initiative.
Assist in developing end-user procedures, guides and training documentation.
Assist in training end-users or clients on new processes and system functionality.
Supporting HR Business partners by providing reports, training end users on reporting and performing data analysis and creating Dashboards for HR data
What you will Need:
Education and Experience
Two (2+) or more years' experience in HRIS preferably with a global organization with Oracle
Knowledge in ERP HRIS software with technical and/or strong functional experience in at least two HR modules
Prior system implementation or system upgrade experience
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Proven experience working with complex project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
Experience with system configuration, implementations and/ or upgrades
High-level understanding of HR, benefits, compensation business processes
Previous experience in a transactional data environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Knowledge in ERP HRIS software with technical and/or strong functional experience in at least two HR modules
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
High-level understanding of HR, benefits, compensation business processes
Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.
Required/Preferred Education Requirements
BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources preferred
