• Maintenance Tech 1 – Night shift


• Schedule - Monday - Friday


• Start Time 5PM till 3AM or 7PM till 5AM

Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• Safely move objects such as motors, pumps, welding equipment, etc. from one position in the plant to another in an effort to maintain and repair production equipment throughout the plant.


• Ability to work with production to ensure timely repair of equipment is essential.


• Regular and predictable attendance.


• Safely perform tasks while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

 

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Ability to understand and work from electrical and mechanical schematics.


• Ability to resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions back to OEM specifications.


• Ability to troubleshoot electrical failures of PLC’s, Sensors, Drivers, Starters, and Relays


• Ability to troubleshoot and install electrical power, 12vdc-480vac, using electrical tools, meters, and test equipment.


• Ability to work with little supervision to keep equipment, machinery, and electrical power systems up and running.


• Ability to work with Complex PM program


• Good working knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems


• Ability to fabricate and weld as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach frequently


• Capable of lifting 75 lbs.


• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor, earing steel-toed shoes with metatarsal guards and other safety equipment for eight to ten hours per day


• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without temperature or humidity control
