The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Production Operations Specialist to join our B-52 team in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and implements manufacturing processes across organizations
Ensures activities and supports the resolution of complex production related issues
Develops staffing plans. Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
Provides project leadership to multiple disciplines
Leads long-range technical research on proposed projects
Serves as primary interface with external customers
Identifies customer contract requirements
Develops and implements actionable plan for implementation across organizations
Provides status to internal and external customers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
5+ years' experience with B-52 aircraft maintenance and/or modifications
Experience with Field Service and/or Modification leadership
Experience with Military Program Support
Bachelor's degree in related technical field
Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area (San Antonio, TX) or relocate at their own expense.
