BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Application Developer Job for an opportunity in Lisle, IL Location!
Position Title: Application Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Anticipated Start Date: November 4

Expected Duration: 12 months Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)
Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite
Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

- Java Full Stack Development
Job Description:
- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages - Good to have (Spark, Scala/ Java, Python AWS- S3, EMR,RDS and Dynamo DB)
- Experience in Java. Skilled in the following technology: Agile methodology, Java/J2EE tech stack, consuming and building API, Spring framework, SQL, oracle database, XML, SPLUNK, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Automation and Unit Testing. Experience in AWS, Kubernetes Platform is good to have.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices in cloud / data
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Able to develop reusable code components, drive coding standards, perform code reviews and provide key process improvement recommendations
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
- Strong experience in Java, cloud development
- Ability to communicate to different audiences appropriately, from technical colleagues to managers in the business.
