Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Petersburg, FL that is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve close collaboration with our development team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX/UI Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience


• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering


• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma


• Ensure consistent design language across all platforms and devices


• As a UX/UI Designer, you will conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience


• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies and tools and experience in migrating design workflows from Adobe XD to Figma


• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the fintech industry


• Strong research skills to understand and analyze fintech trends and user needs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
