RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Austin, TX is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their software products.

Summary:
In this role, the Customer Service Representative will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely assistance to resolve issues, educating customers about product features, and fostering a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of both the customer and the organization in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to resolve issues

  • Provide education and awareness to clients about how to use the software solutions

  • Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them through step-by-step solutions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, professional, and accurate support

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client's software products to provide effective support







REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a concierge-level or high-touch customer service environment

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems

  • Comfort with learning and troubleshooting basic software applications

  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly to users

  • Enthusiastic, positive, and customer-oriented approach

  • Problem-solving: proactive and analytical mindset for resolving customer issues






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
