Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Fintech Client is looking for a Remote IT Procurement Manager. This is a remote role and preference for PST hours.

Key Tasks:

• IT Procurement Manager will review and validate business requirements to develop sourcing strategies for software, hardware, and IT Professional services


• Review and/or draft Statements of Work (SOW) for renewal agreements, working closely with Information, Corporate Technology, GTM, and Security business teams


• Collaborate with Business Leads, Third-Party Risk Management, Contract Operations, Legal, and Finance teams on procurement lifecycle tasks, including contracting, negotiations, supplier onboarding, and payment processing


• Lead Request for Proposal processes and supplier negotiations to achieve strategic IT cost-saving initiatives


• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and consult with Legal and Contract Operations to support cost savings, service level standards, risk mitigation, and timely contract renewals


• Collaborate closely with procurement operations to review purchase requisitions for accuracy via Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud, ensuring appropriate contracts are on file, monitoring service ticket statuses, ensuring Purchase Order confirmation to third-party vendors or IT business owners, resolving Tier 2 invoice issues, and facilitating contract renewal processes


• Provide reporting on requested KPIs and maintain updates to the contract tracker and renewal registry regularly


• Ensure smooth supplier onboarding using tools like JIRA, Aravo, Oracle ERP, and related systems


• As an IT Procurement Manager, you will oversee the procurement lifecycle, from contracting to payment processing and supplier management


• Drive negotiations for strategic IT cost-saving opportunities and manage commercial terms with vendors


• Review and manage contract and procurement activities through various tools, supporting process improvements and efficient operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with end-to-end supplier onboarding processes in JIRA, Aravo, Agiloft, and Oracle ERP systems


• Must have experience working with MacBook


• Background in Enterprise (ENT), SaaS, or FinTech environments is essential


• Experience in Vendor Management, IT Asset Management, and Reseller Management


• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack


• Must be ready for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with building new processes


• Needs to be highly collaborative and have strong, positive communication skills


• Strong self-starter attitude and ability to drive processes across teams

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Software Renewals is strongly preferred


• Experience with ZIP (Procurement tool) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
