Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This position does not encompass roles that are assigned a functional responsibility that occurs on a recurring or cyclical basis.

Position Purpose:

• Under general direction, the Senior Project Manager manages two or more mid sized, cross-functional projects (15+ participants and/or $500k budget)


• May be assigned lower level management functions to provide growth opportunity


• Managing a variety of projects for varying operational functions, all with a clear beginning and end (date of implementation)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Master's degree preferred


• 5+ years of project management experience


• 5+ years of experience with IT systems


• Demonstrated cross-functional project management experience


• Cross-functional project management experience


• Health Care or other relevant industry experience is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
