Human Resources Processes, Systems & Analytics


  • Participates in defining and deployment of our HR Systems strategy including multi-year technological roadmap
  • Participates and collaborates, with the IT team, in the development and implementation of various systems enhancements (Peoplesoft, Kronos, or other relevant systems).
  • Acts as a business process owner in the management of HR System requests, prioritization, in line with the HR technology strategy.
  • Partners with the IT Corporate Systems Team in the prioritization of HR system requests based upon business needs or legislative requirements, including the release of new system features aligning with business objectives.
  • Leads the data governance processes and guidelines across the organization to ensure data integrity in all HR systems. Ensures data integrity audits are performed regularly, anomalies reported and actioned accordingly.
  • Identifies issues and impacts relating to data integrity in the various HR information systems and develops solutions/processes accordingly (in collaboration with the key stakeholders).
  • Coordinates the deployment of new HR processes/tools in various business units.
  • Reviews and approves user acceptance test scenarios, participates in systems UAT, and provides final approval for transfer to operational environments.
  • Manages all reporting requirements and extracts from HR systems to various reporting metric tables, dashboards, and other compliance reporting. Works in collaboration with Centers of Expertise to ensure data consistency.
  • Ensures data privacy is adhered to and access to information is aligned with corporate policy.

HR Collaborative Role


  • Provides support to various HR stakeholders in the planning and implementation process of various projects related to HR processes & systems.
  • Analyzes, revises, and validates business processes and work procedures related to the optimal use of HR platforms.
  • Assesses HR information systems to identify process or transactional enhancements that could improve operational efficiencies and makes the connection with HR CoE, Finance, and/or Payroll business needs.

Change Management - documentation, training, and communication.
  • Defines, implements, and manages change management activities for the implementation of new HR process, system configuration, or other applications, in collaboration with the Organizational Development team.
  • Collaborates in the development and implementation of communication and training plans to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Provides user training and deployment support (if applicable)

  • University degree in HR management focused on business process, systems, and design or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 + years relevant experience in HR Information systems, including HR Org Structure Management, Employee Life-cycle, Time & Attendance, Total Compensation, Talent Management or equivalent experience in an HR field.
  • Prior experience in International manufacturing sector, is an asset
  • Relevant work experience in HR process mapping, design, and deployment
  • Prior experiencing working with and supporting HR platforms such as Peoplesoft, Kronos(Time & Attendance), Brassring (ATS), ADP or other similar HR systems
  • Familiar with the Agile methodology, is an asset
  • Experience working on successfully delivered project and/or change management initiatives
