Construction Litigation Paralegal at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Description:

The Nashville office of an established regional law firm is seeking a litigation paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of law firm experience. This paralegal must have experience specifically in construction litigation. In addition to construction litigation, some transactional experience is preferred, but not required.


This paralegal will join a friendly and collaborative team in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Our clients ideal paralegal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask are important in this position. Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite and litigation support programs is required.


The responsibilities of this litigation paralegal will include:

• Performing legal research


• Calendaring


• Assisting with discovery


• Preparing deposition materials and summaries


• Document review


• Drafting legal documents


• Creating and coordinating organizational tracking systems for large document collection


• E-filing with courts
