Job Summary

  • Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data onboarding and enrollment systems, both for new and existing integrations of basic to moderate complexity.

  • Manage internal and external resources to successfully conduct data change projects of basic to moderate complexity, and data re-implementation projects of basic complexity.

  • Manage and perform triage for data issues and inquiries.

  • Support team development.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 35% Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data onboarding and enrollment systems, both for new and existing integrations of basic to moderate complexity. This includes:

  • Lead customer conversations on file specifications and set expectations for data onboarding and enrollment systems processes.

  • Perform business testing on files and provide feedback to customer.

  • Coordinate with internal resources in business and IT to ensure timely delivery.

  • Configure mapping tools to support services.

  • 35% Manage internal and external resources to successfully conduct data change projects of basic to moderate complexity, and data re-implementation projects of basic complexity. This includes:

  • Working within a standard framework, implement new data feed billing customers.

  • Follow existing processes for establishing small case billing feeds and basic complexity full billing integrations.

  • Make process improvement recommendations.

  • 20% Manage and perform triage for data issues and inquiries. This includes:

  • Manage basic to moderate complexity data issues.

  • Perform research, demonstrate critical thinking to identify the source of issue, coordinate with internal business SME’s to assess impacts and communicate with stakeholders

  • Partner with teammates to review amendments for integration impacts and assess whether data change is needed

  • 10% Support team development, including but not limited to:

  • Recommend new processes or procedures to improve customer experience and increase efficiency

  • Participation in identifying best practices.

  • Support and influence successful development of new team members. This includes mentoring, proactive coaching, training and ensuring quality delivery.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, customer-facing project management or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

  • Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Basic/fundament proficiency in the following is preferred: Database querying applications such as SQL Server and TOAD, and understanding of basic database concepts

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$62,750.00 - $92,000.00
