Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and test electronics hardware, including circuit cards, harnesses, and electro-mechanical systems, to support electronics production.
Perform routine and semi-automated testing of hardware at the box and circuit card levels using test equipment.
Assist Test Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering with production issues, yield improvements, and customer returns.
Accurately document troubleshooting and test results to meet Quality and Manufacturing system requirements.
Conduct manual testing of hardware using tools such as meters and oscilloscopes.
Collaborate with Test Engineering to resolve test station issues and update documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology (ASEET) or equivalent experience/military training.
2-5 years of related work experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a Security Clearance.
Familiarity with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, power supplies, logic analyzers, and bus analyzers.
Proficient with standard computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email).
Familiarity with DITMCO and VXI systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings for troubleshooting.
Willingness to work overtime, including weekdays and weekends.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and glasses.
