Job Description:

Infosys is Associate Business Analyst - In this role, you will be a key contributor to the consulting team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. You will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 1 year of experience in working with business stakeholders to understanding the requirement, working with architectural team on design and implementation approach and work closely with teams to ensure the delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Process.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that might require travel

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
