Technical Process Specialist

In the role of Technical Process Specialist, you will make use of our resources in the best way, creating a diverse and appropriate shift schedule to meet specified operational and productivity needs. Optimize the shift schedules, inspired by co-workers and end-users.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for creating long-term and adaptable shift schedules to ensure that the staffing plan meets the needs of the user organizations and follows the agreed rules
• Responsible for the entire staffing process from forecasting to follow-up of the outcome for all incoming support channels to ensure a resilient support foundation
• Drive continuous improvement to the staff planning process based on data and insights in order to fulfil business needs
• Work operationally and make adjustments to approved shift schedule when needed securing resource availability and time to market
• Make sure that stakeholders are informed and participate in optimizing the workforce by focusing on employees, users and the support that the business needs
• Ensure that work schedules are in conformity with laws, agreements and local agreements together with Support Area Managers
• Drive consistency in practice, process and toolset to secure common ways of working and common goals towards key stakeholders
• Coach, support and work closely with staff planning colleagues encouraging good practices including simplicity, efficiency, ownership and accountability

Qualifications
Basic

• High School Diploma or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in staff planning and shift scheduling

Preferred
• Formal qualifications in business administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with staff planning and shift scheduling
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Independent, flexible and motivated, working well in groups and alone
• Accustomed to computer work and good knowledge in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power BI
• Good skills in writing, speaking, and reading English
