Accounting Clerk




TEMP- HIRE / $22-24 p/hr




ON-SITE, Orange CA



Reporting to the Accounting Manager. Assist accounting department in entering accounting data into the system.



Responsibilities:

• Data entry: Accounting clerks input financial transactions into accounting software.


• Record keeping: Accounting clerks maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, bank statements, and accounting databases


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics


• 1 -2 years of accounting experience


• Excel REQURIED, Quickbooks PREFERRED


• Experience with data entry


• Attention to detail


• Excellent communication and follow through skills.
