Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal/ Legal Assistant with insurance defense litigation experience for our Atlanta office.


Key Responsibilities:
* Calculating and calendaring deadlines.
* Managing case files and litigation matters.
* Corresponding with courts, clients, local counsel, and opposing counsel.
* Managing document productions.
* Preparing, revising, and formatting pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
* Researching applicable case law, court rules, statutes, and ordinances.
* Filing in both state and federal courts and with administrative agencies.
* Assisting in preparation for depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings.
* Presentation of case summaries and courses of action to supervising attorneys.
* Responsible for recording personal billable time.
