Accounts Payable Specialist


Location: Concord, 100% On-Site

Pay: $24-26/hour DOE

Hours: Part-Time, 30-32 hours/week
(Choose between 4 days of 8 hours or 5 days from 8 AM to 1 PM)


Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organization and a passion for working with numbers? We're seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on-site in Concord.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Invoice Processing:
  
  
  
  
  • Review, verify, and sort invoices.
  
  
  • Code and match invoices for payment.
  
  
  • Enter invoices into the system and set them up for timely payment.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Payment Processing:
  
  
  
  
  • Cut checks weekly and process EFT payments.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Email Management:
  
  
  
  
  • Process and organize daily emails, ensuring folders are cleaned and up-to-date.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Vendor Relations:
  
  
  
  
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence with vendors.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Payroll Backup:
  
  
  
  
  • Serve as backup for payroll (occurs only 1-2 times per year).
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
