The chopper operator must learn how to set up meat according to a formula consistently while following proper guidelines.
This position must keep accurate meat and skin usage.
Assist in clean up and sanitation of the line following all USDA/Tyson guidelines.
Help set-up line at the start at the shift. All other duties assigned by supervisor.
This position lifts 50 to 70lbs continuously.
