This role will be responsible to lead data-driven Supply Chain Intelligence and decision-making support for Enterprise Supply Chain end-to-end operations, complete in-depth modeling, and analysis of Enterprise Supply Chain network.

The Supply Chain Analytics & BI Sr. Consultant will interact with Enterprise Supply Chain functional leaders and with the global Supply Chain teams, as well as with cross-functional leaders including the Brand Managers, Demand Planning and BU Sales leaders.

In this role, you will:


  • Gather, cleanse, test and integrate data using both traditional and state-of-the-art techniques across both internal and external data sources.

  • Actively explore data for supply chain optimization, develop statistical models, metrics, and KPIs

  • Build easy to interpret data visualizations to drive data adoption and monitor business performance.

  • Drive innovation in creation and presentation of network analysis and decision support models.

  • Identify, sell, and support value capture initiatives related to network design and inventory optimization.

  • Perform analysis and provide insights to the functional groups across the ESC team.

  • Serve as the central analytics backbone of the ESC organization.

Essential Functions:


  • Develop, deploy, and continuously improve the end-to-end SC control tower management infrastructure capability.

  • Develop and deploy new PBI capabilities.

  • Utilize advanced data capabilities (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc..) to complete in depth ESC analyses. And push analysis / data driven insights to the SC Operating Office and functional teams.

  • Support project teams for various Supply Chain initiatives (cost savings, network optimization, asset placement, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to quantify financial impact of activities.

  • Leverage continuous improvement and project management principles to drive efficiency and discipline in modeling activities.

  • Effectively identify and communicate root causes of gaps in performance, problem solve, and drive improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • Bachelors or Advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field is required.

  • MBA or MS in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics or Technology preferred.

  • 10+ years related business experience with background in the following areas: Supply Chain, IT, Business Intelligence, Project Management.

  • 5+ experience with direct supply chain network analysis.

Skills/Capabilities:


  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts for ease of understanding.

  • Interpersonal savvy, with proven capability to manage highly technical work and technical talent.

  • Experience in large scale data mining and analysis.

  • Knowledge and experience with these systems/tools is required: Tableau, PowerBI

  • Knowledge and experience with these systems/tools is preferred: SAP, IBP, Llamasoft, SSRS

  • Experience in analyzing data to provide key insights and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.

  • Experience with formalized change management programs is highly preferred.
