Work Schedule :

80% FTE (32 hours per week), Day Shift. Will have one consistent day off during the work week. This is a hybrid position for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Nurse Recruiter to:

• Attract, screen, source and efficiently hire the best qualified RN candidates who embrace UW Health's mission and values.
• Develop and implement both traditional and creative recruitment strategies to attract top-talent to assure staffing needs are achieved.
• Participate in internal and external recruitment events - occasional travel required.
• Work collaboratively with a team of nurse recruiters and leaders throughout UW Health.

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years of relevant RN experience Required
• 5 years of relevant RN experience Preferred
• Experience with recruitment and selection Preferred
• Previous management experience Preferred
• Nurse Recruiter experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse Required
