The Independent Testing & Validation team is responsible for the development and design of methodologies and standards for review activities across the Enterprise in alignment with the Risk Management Framework and ensuring effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls according to standards and other applicable policies.

The Testing Senior Manager will support the Customer Remediation Testing and Validation team. Specifically, this individual will be supporting the Remediation Validation Data Testing Team which provides key support to the validation of customer remediations. This position will report to the Customer Remediation Testing and Validation Director.

In this role, you will:
  • Managing analytic resources responsible for supporting remediation validation engagements across a portfolio of remediation validations while ensuring high quality outcomes are achieved and effectively communicated to management.
  • Building strong relationships/partnerships with CR COE/CEDA Leadership, Control Leadership, Audit Leadership, etc.
  • Managing the process to provide review and credible challenge to work products completed by analytic resources on the team.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of validation activities, including the triage of potential validation concerns/findings/issues.
  • Partner with analytic and business resources to navigate large, complex technology environments.
  • Provide credible challenge to lines of business, across risk programs and the enterprise.
  • Establish benchmarks for timely tracking and completion.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Independent Testing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of Management experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Technology experience with any of the following: SQL, SAS, Toad, PowerShell, VBA, DAX, etc.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
  • Proficient at considering a broad range of issues in making decisions and holds oneself accountable for delivering on commitments and renegotiating when needed.
  • Proficiently builds constructive and effective relationships.
  • Proficiently leads and challenges others to improve the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to management conflict and provide quick and well-thought through decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationship with key partners and senior management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, with various levels of management, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong ability to retrieve data from various information systems.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to summarize and recommend new strategies/solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to research, trend, and analyze data.
  • Experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk and Testing.
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical skills.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
