Overview

United Holdings Houston, TX is Now Hiring a Data Management Specialist at 55 Waugh Drive, Houston, TX 77007. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical system data.

Responsibilities

• Candidates with a 4-year degree in business related field preferred


• Previous experience maintaining information in a large database preferred


• Must be highly motivated and able to produce quality work in a timely manner


• Strong excel skills, including but not limited to, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables are required


• SQL and query building experience is preferred


• Must be able to analyze and provide relevant feedback to improve current processes


• Ability to focus on multiple ongoing projects and daily requirements


• Candidate must have a strong attention to detail


• Must take direction well and be able to work well in a group environment


• Required to follow all company and departmental procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of information creation and updating in a database setting


• Ability to complete short-term and long-term tasks concurrently


• Must be able to connect with parts personnel to clarify needed data sets


• Required to follow all company and departmental procedures


• Clear communication in both written and verbal types
