Essential Functions:




Operational



  • Lead and provide support to the Financial Wellness Team, collaborating closely with Compass leadership to execute the strategic vision

  • Establish streamlined processes for key activities, including scheduling consultations and meetings, managing logistics, and tracking and analyzing results

  • Develop a scalable structure of offerings that aligns with revenue goals, maximizing the utilization of existing resources to drive growth and profitability

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses, enabling strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact across the organization

  • Streamline the onboarding process for new clients by creating a comprehensive welcome packet that provides essential information for a positive and productive partnership

  • Match clients with team members based on expertise and workload effectively, ensuring a balanced allocation of resources

  • Foster strategic partnerships with financial wellness technology companies, organizations, and think tanks to gain insights into the marketplace, industry trends, and client leverage opportunities

  • Identify & develop new business opportunities in financial and retirement planning

  • Provide retirement plan servicing and support new business development efforts

  • Serve as a backup for education delivery when needed, based on the team's bandwidth

  • Stay abreast of current market, industry and legislative issues and trends

  • Project-related support as needed




Content Creation



  • Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge, customized financial wellness programs that deliver exception value to clients

  • Design annual education plans, prepare content, and track relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of our programs

  • Create content and resources that can be leveraged by all Compass, covering retirement and financial well-being topics

  • Develop and publish a monthly participant-focused newsletter referencing relevant and engaging content




Requirements:



  • A student of the industry with demonstrated confidence of topical knowledge

  • Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities

  • Willingness and capability to travel, work outside the scope of normal business hours as needed

  • Series 65 registration or willingness to successfully complete within 90 days

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Industry designation(s) preferred (CRPC, CFP, RIPC, AIF, CRPS, QPFC)
