A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of an operations strategy that maximizes resources and drives efficiency and results for the Medtronic Foundation. You will design, lead and facilitate operating mechanisms within the Foundation and be accountable for preparing for and facilitating key meetings within the organization. You will oversee governance practices for the organization, grantmaking processes, data and reporting, key functional technology resources, and partner to address employee and customer inquiries. Through partnerships with numerous key internal partners, including but not limited to legal, finance, HR, IT, procurement and facilities you will ensure the Foundation is aligned with Medtronic core business practices and maintains all required governance practices as an independent 510c3 organization, installing process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, training, and rewards.
Using Six Sigma methodologies, you will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives, ensuring programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across the organization. You will define improvement projects aligned with business strategies and analyze improvement programs and potential results. You will facilitate and coach direct reports and establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success.
This role is working in a hybrid capacity (3 days in the office) at our operating headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The key stakeholders for this role are located in Fridley, MN.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$160,000.00 - $240,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
