We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract candidates to interview and hire great people! As a successful recruiter you will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, your responsibilities as the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
“What You’ll Do”
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring for McGrath and its subsidiaries.
Source candidates, both active and passive, through Internet mining, resume databases, cold calling, networking and other venues. Writes and places advertisements for open positions.
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualification based on job requirements, ensuring compliance with company policy and AA/EEO/ADA guidelines. Provide summary of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews at all phases of recruiting process. Gather interview feedback from hiring managers in order to identify, determine and select most qualified.
Communicate effectively to hiring managers to establish recruiting practices and foster a collaborative and supportive culture.
Provide guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection.
Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers, senior leaders and interview teams to build out an effective, efficient and inclusive processes.
Monitor that McGrath’s recruiting, hiring and staffing process is followed, including requisitions and management approval of salary ranges prior to initiating candidate searches.
Establish relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, military channels, job fairs and other grass roots organizations/locations to generate a diverse talent pipeline.
Analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements.
Drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through job boards/vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, mobile, digital, etc.
“Must Haves”
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of recruiting experience, recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with recruiting Drivers and Sales roles is a plus!
A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find roles
Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Previous knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiatives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong customer service skills.
