Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid, minimum of 30% in office expectations (approximately 6 days /month)
In this role you will:
Manage all functions related to Centralized and/or Co-pack production planning: scheduling, capacity planning, & inventory control
Develop weekly finite production schedules and support long-term production planning to meet inventory, customer service, and distribution goals
Create finite, short-term (daily) production schedules for production; update schedules as necessary; participate in daily/weekly/monthly team calls for facilities
Manage raw material inventory (MRP) as required for designated 3PL/co-pack locations
Responsible for meeting customer service and supply chain objectives for multiple business areas
Analyze and determine replenishment requirements to insure available inventory for sourced finished goods
Support deployment planning based on demand planning splits to allocate available production to distribution centers for push distribution environments covering customer orders, inter-company orders, safety stock and forecast
Act as single point of contact for customer service in identifying supply solution alternatives
Analyze and determine rules for inventory and replenishment plans that meet company service standards while minimizing supply chain costs
Facilitate the review and resolution of potential inventory shortages, aging issues and NPI reduction
Identify root cause for product stock-outs
Monitor inventory levels of sourced items and identify opportunities for inventory reduction
Support supply planning manager with projects, inventory discussions, and analysis using system and off-line tools
Ability to support manufacturing sites as needed
The ability to plan multiple sites and provide backup for other planners/sites

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of relevant supply chain experience with emphasis on one or all concentrations; Production Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, and/or Inventory management
Strong software skills - Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point and Spotfire or similar reporting analytic tools
Understanding of forecasting processes/methodology
Excellent analytical skills & strong desire to identify improvement opportunities
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
System knowledge in IMI, PPS, Logility, Blue Yonder, Oracle Purchasing or other supply chain planning systems
Project management experience or familiarity with project management concepts and principles
