We are seeking a part-time Back Office Support staff member to assist with loading contracts and rosters obtained into the Contract Hub portal. Responsibilities include scheduling provider onboardings and reaching out to providers to obtain necessary forms such as W9 and ACH. This role does not involve recruitment, contracting, provider engagement, or educational activities.
Qualifications:
Data Entry Proficiency: Ability to accurately input data into various systems, including the Contract Hub portal, with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with Contract Management Systems: Experience using tools for managing and uploading contracts, rosters, and related documents.
Time Management: Capable of managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines for contract and provider onboarding tasks.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach to providers and obtaining necessary forms like W9 and ACH.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining documents.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise with contract uploads or provider communication.
Basic Knowledge of W9/ACH Forms and Onboarding Processes: Familiarity with the documents and procedures required for provider onboarding.
