Job Description:
As a Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
- Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
- Ability to define and lead/support detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
- Experience in leading project or systems documentation, and monitoring and managing project schedules and deliverables.
- Proven ability to collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
- Strong communication and information flow skills between business and technology teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis/requirements, design, or a combination of both.
- 5+ years of experience in product development or product management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 3+ years of strategic planning experience.
- Experience with platforms generating loan closing packages.
- Experience with document management, including image, retention, and storage.
- 2+ years of commercial banking or loan experience.
