Job Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 2 years (with a possibility of being hired, but not contract-to-hire)
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and lead two ServiceNow project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum or Agile methodologies, technology project experience, and preferably a SAFe certification.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and consult on moderately complex initiatives within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and deliverables related to Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex Scrum Master challenges.
- Collaborate with client personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Teams:
Vendor Risk Management: ServiceNow team with 5 delivery members + Product Owner.
Strategic Portfolio Management: ServiceNow team with 7-9 delivery members + Product Owner.
Tools Used:
- Jira
- Confluence
- ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience.
- Technology project experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
- SAFe certification and experience.
