Job Description:

Associate Executive Director needed to play vital role in fostering & promoting a cohesive & dynamic organizational culture, while enhancing agency programs and influence within our community.  Will ensure residential & community-based programs & services fully comply with relevant regulatory, licensing, & credentialing requirements while remaining committed to the mission/vision of the organization. 

Associate Executive Director will work closely with Executive Director to learn & provide direction/support.  Must be able to take charge of program-related initiatives, offer insightful vision & strategy to meet the organization’s future needs.  

Master’s Degree required plus five years’ supervision and development.  History of grant-writing preferred.  Strong community collaboration skills coupled with understanding, acceptance and commitment to the mission/vision of the organization.  Some travel required.  

Salary range $80,000-$95,000.
