• Partner with Global Medical Affairs Leadership team to develop high quality scientific communications and manuscripts based on integrated, cross-functional plans aligned with overall Medical Affairs and corporate strategy

• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to coordinate, influence, and manage efforts to ensure seamless execution of the Medical Affairs program strategy for IVD literature support, including but not limited to Scientific Validity Reports and Post-Market Surveillance reports

• Develop and implement value-added processes, best practices and tools to increase efficiency and contribute to the operational excellence of Medical Affairs across all programs

• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs Strategic Operations Team Lead to identify key deliverables, track inter-dependencies, ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability

• Use strong project management, organizational knowledge and leadership to actively facilitate effective team meetings

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Staff Medical Affairs Scientific Communications role based in the United States of America is: $152,600 - $228,800. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
