Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support our HR Director in various special projects, data integrity, talent development programs, performance management, HR communications, and DEI initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This internship is hybrid and located at our Dallas Hub.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate with HR Director on special projects related to HR strategy, employee engagement, and process improvement

  2. Contribute to the development and coordination of talent development programs, including training initiatives and career development opportunities.

  3. Support performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to assist in evaluating employee performance.

  4. Assist in HR communications by preparing internal announcements, newsletters, and other relevant HR-related content.

  5. Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, working on projects to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
