Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager working with the team on a 300+ unit co-op property, you will be responsible for the following...
- Responding to resident inquiries and providing quality service.
- Maintain organized and secured files for all residents.
- Collect posts, rent, security deposits, and other community income.
- Support property operations as directed by the Community Manager.
- I work with the compliance department on maintenance of compliance records.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ Years as a Multifamily Assistant Property Manager.
- MUST have Co-op real estate experience.
- Experience with bookkeeping and rent collection.
- Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and homeowner/tenant law.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
- Comfortable to stay late 1 day out of the month for community meetings.
