Job Description:

**The Department does not sponsor non-immigrant work visas for this position.**


Assists in the overall operation of a specific function under the supervision of a supervisor. Performs related work as required.


Job Duties include:
1)Responsible for tracking all Charitable Gaming mail, checks and daily deposits.


2)Review and enters Charitable Gaming annual reports using Salesforce licensing system; maintains lists of non-filed reports and generates non-filer letters to licensees; communicates via email or telephone regarding missing information.


3)Communicates in person or telephone with Nebraska Lottery customers seeking information, educates players, and provides customer service at the front counter.


4)Operates personal computer with MS Software including Word, Excel and Access. Type correspondence, data entry of information and create spreadsheets.


Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment, or areas related to the programs and functions of the employing agency, OR experience in customer service or public contact; or applying criteria/regulations; and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment.


Other: This position must work an 8 to 5 work schedule.


Knowledge of: Microsoft office products; Outlook. Skills in: customer service via the telephone and in person.


Ability to: operate a personal computer; learn new software; proofread/correct/edit various documents; communicate in person and by telephone; work independently and meet deadlines; to maintain efficiency in work flow by making daily decisions; work independently on broad assignments with responsibility for some planning.
