Job Summary

We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. As an Associate Director of Asset Management, you will be responsible for leading our asset management function and supporting Xfinity Marketing's asset storage, organization, integration, and management needs, and supporting leadership and staff with strategic plans.

Most Days You:



  • Strategic Asset Allocation: Develop and implement asset allocation strategies to optimize the performance of investment portfolios in alignment with the company's financial goals.


  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage investment portfolios, including evaluating performance, making adjustments, and ensuring they meet the company's risk and return objectives.


  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses and valuations of assets to inform investment decisions and strategies.


  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate asset performance, investment strategies, and risk management plans to senior executives, stakeholders, and investors.


  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats to asset performance.


  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that asset management practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and manage risks associated with investment activities.


  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, asset valuations, and investment outcomes to senior management and the board of directors.


  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.


  • Investment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine investment strategies and policies that align with the company's long-term goals.


  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external asset managers, consultants, and other service providers, ensuring they deliver value and align with the company's investment objectives.

You Bring:


  • 10+ years relevant experience, with media and entertainment experience highly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations management, business administration, or related field

  • Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks

  • Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles

The Ideal Match:


  • Experience with SaaS or CMS systems a plus

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Brandfolder a plus

  • Strong IT skills, including database development

  • An attitude that is proactive, analytical, and organized

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $120,700.60 - $181,050.90
