Job Summary

We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. As a Sr. Analyst of Marketing & Creative Technologies, you will be responsible for supporting the Xfinity Marketing and Creative Technologies team by ensuring workflows are efficiently being managed through our different tools and platforms, specifically around work management, facilitating discussions, auditing for compliance, and supporting leadership and staff with day-to-day operational needs.

  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced marketing technologies and tools, such as marketing automation platforms, content supply chain systems, and data analytics solutions, to enhance campaign effectiveness.


  • Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative marketing strategies that leverage emerging technologies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.


  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.


  • Compliance and Onboarding: Audit existing systems and net new platforms to ensure compliance within Comcast network.


  • Technology Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing technologies and creative tools and evaluate their potential impact on the company's marketing strategies.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and technology solutions.


  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for marketing technology initiatives and creative projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.


  • Vendor and Tool Evaluation: Assess and select marketing technology vendors and tools, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure they meet the company's needs and performance standards.


  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional growth.


  • Innovation and Problem Solving: Drive innovation in marketing technology and creative processes by identifying and implementing new tools and methodologies that enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

You Bring:


  • 7+ years relevant experience, with media and entertainment experience highly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations management, business administration, or related field

  • Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks

  • Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles

The Ideal Match:


  • Experience with SaaS or CMS systems a plus

  • Experience with Figma, Microsoft O365, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus

  • Strong IT skills, including database development

  • An attitude that is proactive, analytical, and organized

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $84,506.79 - $126,760.18
