Job Description:

Title: Coordinator
Location: Ashland City TN
Start Date: end of June
Pay Rate: $20-22/ hour

Type: Contract to possible hire
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm CT | 40 hours | Ability to work as much overtime as needed



REQUIREMENTS: COORDINATOR


* Any billing, AR, bookkeeping, office management etc. experience


* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Moderate excel skills with proficient data entry skills
* Positive attitude, excellent soft skills, team player, self-starter



RESPONSIBILITIES: COORDINATOR


* Following up with the facilities managers and processing payments


* Assisting with collections
* Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
* Communicate with vendors on a daily basis in order to resolve issues

* Assisting with paying the necessary contractors
