Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting, programming, testing, debugging, and installing vendor applications. The candidate will serve as an advanced applications analyst in developing and enhancing software solutions and systems, routine maintenance, and support of all enterprise resource systems and interfaces modules and will work with users and vendors to resolve problems. Excellent internal and external customer service skills and teamwork are essential to this position.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsThis position requires a a high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience. Preferred candidate will have a high school diploma and five (5) years experience in computer system development and modification or a bachelor's degree in a related area and one (1) year experience in computer system development and modification.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a cross-functional team environment is preferred. Previous computer programming proficiency in one or more technologies is highly desired: .NET programming, Web development, Mobile development, database and scripting languages, electronic forms and workflows, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps. The ability to communicate with users effectively and independently, verbally and in clear, concise technical reports, is critical for this position. Must be able to perform when working under deadlines.
