Vice President of Technology at Honu Services in Huntsville, Alabama

Job Description:

Purpose:

The Vice President of Technology is responsible for establishing Honu Service's technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development, supporting our strategic direction and growth objectives.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and/or 10 years' experience or equivalent mix of professional experience & education



Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong leadership skills that express the importance of strategic decision-making through example
• Knowledgeable of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Information Security ISO Standards, and CMMC Standards
• Demonstrated success in Infrastructure Management, Trend Analysis, and Data Governance
• Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments



Key Responsibilities:

• Create overall technology standards and practices while ensuring adherence
• Lead company strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
• Contribute strategically and tactically to the departmental goals and initiatives while controlling budget and schedule
• Provide leadership with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
• Ability to manage projects, multi-task, and prioritize tasks as directed to Technology team
• Manage data systems' implementation and monitoring their success in meeting business goals
• Anticipate and proactively plan to execute major technology changes

Compensation Minimum: 200,000

Compensation Maximum: 225,000

Physical Requirements:



Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to twenty-five (25) pounds as necessary.
