Job Description:

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate specializing in complex commercial, real estate, and construction law. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience in the construction or commercial real estate industry. The firm yorepresents some of the nation s largest general contractors and engineering firms, allowing you to take on exciting work and cases.


Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial, real estate, or construction litigation cases
* Handle tasks such as discovery, document review, mediation, depositions, and more
* Collaborate with a team of attorneys to work on more significant cases, ensuring efficiency and quality
* Maintain responsiveness and provide high-quality legal work to meet client needs
* Work cooperatively with colleagues, demonstrating flexibility and personable communication with clients


Requirements:
* 2+ years of complex commercial, real estate, or construction litigation experience
* Admission to the California Bar
