As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You'll work closely with our Controller to prepare financial reports, analyze data, and support accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with inventory management and cost accounting.
Support external audits.
Evaluate and improve accounting processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Ideally 5+ years of accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
