Main Responsibilities:
Manages/Maintains yard
Loads/Unloads trucks
Pipeline equipment and tools
Tools, parts, small equipment
Tool inventory
Track/Inventory materials
Cleans equipment.
Drive equipment in and out of wash bay
Regular maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment
Properly lift tools, objects and equipment of varying weight
Assist shop staff with any duties needed
Assist in unloading trucks with equipment sent in from field operations.
Move pallets in warehouse with forklift.
Operate backhoe to pick up trash and grade driveway.
Keep vehicles and equipment clean inside the facility.
Carry out groundskeeping duties which include lot maintenance, mowing grass and weed control.
Take care of all trash removal on outdoor company property and within the warehouse and shop areas.
Handle housekeeping and janitorial duties for the maintenance area which includes cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors.
Assemble and build parts for worktables, benches, shelves and other furnishings.
Patch or replace wall board; paint walls, ceilings, and trim of building.
Run parts and equipment to work areas and/or crews as requested.
Take initiative to move equipment and vehicles around the lot to keep the space organized.
