Job Description:
Looking for an NSF Technology Analyst based out of Albany, NY!
Purpose: Supporting the national field services desktop, hardware and software troubleshooting team with installations and support. This role will be interacting with people, so this team would like a great communicator.
Team Environment: 60 people in the building and 30 work in an adjacent building. 16 team members' total. Tickets per month 40 -50 each person will handle which includes incidents and tasks in ServiceNow.

- Hardware Support

- Troubleshooting on networks
- Need expertise with Lenovo and Dell devices
- Migrating to Windows 11 - nice to have people with Microsoft 10
