TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Administrator- Service/Repair in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsible for coordinating with the Operations Managers, Mechanics, Peers and Sales Representatives in supporting branch functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform Install Base maintenance as needed. Releases safety inspection tickets and creates admin tickets
Update on call lists and communicates information to District Dispatch
Run and review reports for service manager, including Risk, WIP, Routing, TK Exact and Missed Visits
Assist mechanics with ITS downloads, PDA troubleshooting, brochures and tools
Assist managers with safety meetings and maintains documentation
Assist service manager with a review of weekly pre-invoicing reports
Create parts requisitions and receives parts. Reviews weekly report of un-received invoices
Review invoice on-hold reports and works with Regional Procurement Department to correct
Perform research for Service Manager; which may include running Account History reports, missed service reports, sick unit reports, researching billable calls
Ensure that all non-billable repairs are sent to the regional repair administrators for input
Provide manpower scheduling to regional repair administrators and informs them of scheduling changes and urgent repairs
Participate in weekly repair back log meetings with managers, sales and regional repair administrators
Assist Repair Superintendent with customer communication prior to scheduling repair work
Send copy of down payment checks to district AR and actual checks to Atlanta
Assist with the recovery of outstanding AR items as necessary
Finalize returns for repairs and assists with T & M repairs
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Knowledge of elevator service and repair administration preferred
General business knowledge normally acquired through two plus years of equivalent combination of education and experience
Contract administration experience, preferred
Good attendance record and strong customer service skills
Team-player with strong communication skills
Strong computer skills and understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and Oracle based programs
